Gregory P. Guidice
President & CEO
Mr. Guidice has accumulated more than 20 years of experience in technology companies ranging in size from start-up to Fortune 500, encompassing executive leadership, operations management, sales, marketing and product development.
Prior to starting RazorThreat Mr. Guidice held executive management positions in companies providing security solutions, custom application development to digital forensics. Greg was also the founder and CEO of SilverCube, Inc. one of the most prominent integrated new media agencies in the region. Prior to establishing SilverCube in 1996, Greg spent 10 years in Boston’s Route 128 “high tech” corridor where he was Director of Marketing and International Sales for Xerox Imaging Systems. Mr. Guidice also served as Officer and Director of Marketing and Product Development for MRO, Inc.
He is on the Board of the Automation Alley Consortium, a technology business consortium encompassing 8 counties in Southeast Michigan, with more than 600 high-tech companies and the Board of Advisors of the Automation Alley Technology Center a technology business incubator within Automation Alley. Greg is a graduate of Ferris State University.
Michael J. Lipinski
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Lipinski has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology industry. His background includes professional, managerial, operational, and technical engagements with network integration companies, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), and professional services organizations.
Mr. Lipinski was also the founder of ANSI a family of technology companies that over the last nine years has helped organizations manage and measure business processes by utilizing information technology. Through numerous professional engagements, Mike has helped clients develop policy and controls assurance procedures, assess needs, identify and manage risk, develop business continuity plans, reduce IT operational expense, add efficiencies/reduce costs, plan and manage the move of a data center, office or manufacturing operation, develop and operate long term technology migration plans and executive security counseling. Mike’s areas of expertise include security, disaster recovery, risk management, mobile and wireless strategy development and thin client technologies.
Mr. Lipinski is an active participant in the Automation Alley Consortium, the Oakland County Economic Development Roundtable and the Detroit Regional Chamber. Mike is a graduate of Lawrence Technological University.
William R. Lynch
Vice President Sales & Marketing
Mr. Lynch is a seasoned Sales and Marketing Executive who has held numerous positions with both large and small firms offering computer hardware, software, consulting and networking products. He spent almost twenty years at Digital Equipment Corporation where he designed, built and led Digital's highly touted Corporate Account Program, growing it from a small twelve person operation to a global organization comprised of over 500 sales and support professionals with direct revenue responsibility for all the company's major accounts worldwide. Most recently Mr. Lynch served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ERP and CRM firms such as CMI Competitive Solutions in Michigan and Applix Corporation in Framingham, Massachusetts where he repeatedly set company performance records for revenue and profit growth.
Chuck Boyer
Director, Federal Sales
As a high-caliber business development and sales professional, Mr. Boyer brings over 24 years of cross-functional and cross-industry experience for advanced and emerging technology based start-ups, turnarounds, and fast-growth companies. His combined technical knowledge, sales talent, and business acumen is demonstrated by his successful participation with start-up companies and creating programs for accelerated growth with major brand companies entering new markets.
Mr. Boyer’s abilities to discover opportunities, analyze the challenges and then to develop, implement, and manage successful strategies that produce high-impact results have made him a key contributor. His primary role is to conceive, implement, operate, and manage sales in the Federal market.
Mr. Boyer is a 1971 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and a master’s of science in engineering in engineering administration from George Washington University. As a Marine he served as the USMC liaison for the Strategic Defense Initiative and a technical advisor to the Senate Armed Services Committee.
