RazorThreat, Inc. is looking for Systems Engineers to provide technical leadership in support of both our internal sales team and value added reseller partners.
This position will involve customer presentations, product demonstrations, pilot implementations, proposal generation support, pre and post sales customer support, end user and VAR training, project management and customer expectation management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pre and post sales support for RazorThreat’s direct sales force

Desirable Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills required

Position Openings in: Royal Oak, Michigan
RazorThreat, Inc. is looking for Software Engineers to join our development team working on our current and future Threat Intelligence products.
This position will involve the maintenance of existing code and the design, development, migration, tuning and testing of future releases using object oriented C/C++ languages.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong design, development, debugging and maintenance skills using C and C++, Perl and other object oriented / scripting languages
- Java, XML and HTML experience
- GUI design and development experience
- Architect, develop and test complex code
- General database integration knowledge
Desirable Requirements:
- BS or better in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience developing enterprise applications with C/C++
- Experience implementing and debugging sophisticated applications
- Familiar with techniques and strategies for performance tuning and optimization

Position Openings in: Royal Oak, Michigan
RazorThreat, Inc. is looking for Database Architects to join our development team working on our current and future Threat Intelligence products.
This position will involve the design, development, testing and tuning of a database architecture supporting RazorThreat’s market leading Threat Intelligence software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop architecture for database back end to RazorThreat’s Threat Analysis Console using commercial and or proprietary databases
- Analyze and select database technologies and products for use in the company's products and services
- Design, develop, test, tune, optimize and support RazorThreat’s database architecture
- Work closely with GUI and TAC development teams for total integration; development, testing, production and life cycle management.
Desirable Requirements:
- BS or better in Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 7+ years of database design and architecture experience having participated in multiple complete software lifecycles of a shipping software product.
- Strong command of SQL
- Strong experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
- C, C++, Java, ASP, and/or scripting language skills are a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and produce effective results under tight deadlines
- Experience building large scale products with specific expertise in backend relational database/middle layer design and implementation
- Strong practical knowledge of large scale query optimization
- Strong practical knowledge of database tuning
- Strong practical knowledge of database security
- Strong practical knowledge of distributed database architectures
